Excellent Stay
helpful staff convenient location safe access
I found the front desk staff spoke English adequately. The hotel is near a 7-Eleven. This made getting supplies easy, and Iconsiam mall is just a short walk. The hotel is also near an overpass, so crossing the road felt safe.
The bed was uncomfortably hard. the shower had very weak pressure and the water was not hot enough.

Iconsiam is within walking distance. The hotel is close to an MRT station, so it is easy to travel around the city. There are many restaurants near the hotel, with good food options available.

The room was cleaned daily. Bottled water was provided each day! The beds ensured sleep at night. There are laundry facilities available, including a washer and a dryer.

The staff are cute and helpful. The front desk staff speak adequate English. They are very kind and attentive to guests. The staff addressed any concerns promptly.
